5. Should I wait for the CD if I would start to use the software?
A: You do not need to wait for the CD, for you can use the software once you download it from our website. You should use the registration information from the confirmation letter while you are registering the full version of the software.

5. How to register my software?

A: The first step is that one business day after purchasing the software successfully, you would receive the registration information through Email. The second step is to download the software you purchased and run it. Then, in Help menu or the menu named by our software name, you will see the button of "Enter License Code...", and you should click it. At the end, by filling your name and license code in the corresponding box, you can finish registing.
Note: You have to COPY and PASTE the code, for the license code is letter-sensitive. Remember the tip that you should not add any blank before or after it. Otherwise, the the registing would be failed.

6. When i was inputting the license code you sent to me, the software showed "Registration info is invalid", what is the reason?

1. You might make mistake in inputting. Remember that you should not add any blank before or after the license code, but only copy and paste it.
2. The license code for the old version cannot be used while registing upgrade version.
3. Take care while you are dowloading or ordering the product, for the name would be mistaken. For instance, people would mix up DVD Ripper Standard and DVD Ripper Platinum.
4. There would also have mistake in the products in lines of Windows and Mac, some people may mix them up. Products in Windows and Mac are wholly different, so they require two different license codes.
